Hourly Design Rate: $40/hr

Design rate billed to the 1/2 hr, 1 hour minimum. Retainer contract rates are available and negotiable depending on job specifications and scope. Please email us for details and a quote.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Due the custom nature of all the services and products Ideation Design Group provides, we offer no refunds. No warranties on any materials or workmanship are expressed or implied beyond the material manufacture warranties. If you have a problem with a product or are unsatisfied with product performance, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may work to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Deposits and payments on all design work are also non-refundable. If you have approved a design project but have decided to cancel the project prior to completion, we will issue a design credit for the remaining balance on your account (including deposit and any payments). The design credit may be used for alternate design work billed at $40 hr. and cannot be used for any other products or services (i.e. signage, marketing creative, apparel, etc).

All sales are final.

Payment Information and Terms

Ideation Design Group accepts cash, check, VISA, and Mastercard. For orders under $500.00, 100% down is required prior to production. For orders above $500.00, 50% deposit is due prior to the start of production with the balance due on delivery. Alternative payment arrangements, including retainer contracts and terms, may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Delinquent accounts will be charged a 15% service fee on the balance due every thirty days past net 15 from the balance due date.
